‘Yellowstone’ Star Lainey Wilson Stole the Show in a Crop Top and Glitter Bell Bottoms
Yellowstone star Lainey Wilson is taking 2023 by storm. The country music singer, who is in the middle of her sold-out “Country With a Flair” tour is leaving a seriously stylish impression at every stop. She’s interrupted her tour for recent appearances in Arizona at a pre-Super Bowl Event, the Grand Ole Opry and now, in Los Angeles for the Billboard Women in Music awards.
The annual event recognizes rising stars of the music industry, and this year Lainey was honored as the “Rulebreaker.” Lainey certainly embodies that title, both with her authentic country sound and her trademark fashion sense.
Lainey took the stage to perform her hit “Heart Like a Truck,” and then her Yellowstone co-star Piper Perabo presented her with the award. In her acceptance speech, Lainey said, “This award right here is for all the women who do things their way. The ones who are not afraid to go against the grain and paint outside of the lines. The ones who take ‘no’ on the nose and somehow turn it into a ‘yes.'”
Laine wore a flat-brimmed black hat from Standard Hat Works, gold bell-bottoms by Cat O’ Nine, Prada shoes and a metallic crop top by House of Harlow 1960 paired with layers of jewelry from Willa Jean.
Before the event, the singer shared a playful video getting ready for the appearance. She transforms from a robe and sweatpants to her super-glam look. Fans attacked Lainey with comments like “???? So shiny ????,” “FABULOUS!!!! ????????????????????❤️❤️❤️” and “???? Smokin’ hot girl! Keep tearing it up! You are so talented!”
No word yet if Lainey will return to Yellowstone when the show comes back in the summer, but we’re eagerly awaiting what’s next for the Rulebreaker.
