This Popular Tequila Brand Is Committed To Feeding First Responders This Holiday Season
In the spirit of giving back this holiday season Teremana Tequila, founded by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, has committed to feeding over 10,000 first responders with its Mana Mobile.
During the month of December, Teremana and its Mana Mobile truck are traveling through the southeast making stops at hospitals and firehouses to honor and share gratitude to the hardworking firefighters and hospital employees. In keeping true to The Rock’s favorite cheat meal, the Mana Mobile will be serving complimentary tacos and French toast at each of these stops.
Inspired by The Rock’s well-known philosophy “Mana. Gratitude. Tequila.”, the Mana Mobile has traveled across the entire country, making stops in large cities, small towns, and everything in between visiting military bases, firehouses, and hospitals, across over 40 cities, and has fed upwards of 22,000 first responders since its launch in July 2021.
“We created the Mana Mobile to ‘Bring the Mana’ to cities across the country by spreading joy and gratitude, and sharing our admiration for our nation’s hard-working first responders. We are so thankful for their endless commitment and service, and we couldn’t think of a better way to honor them this holiday season,” says Nicole Austin, Senior Brand Manager at Teremana Tequila.
The Mana Mobile holiday tour will be stopping at Miami, Palm Beach, and Pensacola in Florida, Columbus, Georgia, Mobile, Alabama, New Orleans, Louisiana, and Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas in Texas. At each stop, hospital employees and firefighters are invited to enjoy tasty tacos and The Rock’s prized brioche French Toast, garnished with Teremana Tequila-infused maple syrup. The goal is to feed anywhere from 500 to 1,500 first responders at every stop.
Remaining stops on the Mana Mobile’s tour include:
- Tuesday, December 20th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Ochsner Health Center – St. Bernard in New Orleans, LA

The small batch tequila is made at the highest peaks of the Jalisco highland mountains. With three expressions, a blanco, a reposado, and an añejo, its name translates ‘spirit of the earth,’ from the Latin word ‘terra,’ meaning earth, and the Polynesian word ‘mana,’ meaning spirit. Made using fully mature, naturally sweet agave slow roasted in small traditional brick ovens and distilled in handmade copper pot stills, Teremana has quickly become very popular at bars and liquor stores around the country.
