The Mandalorian S3 Offers A Teaser For Fans Who Skipped The Book Of Boba Fett – Looper

Appearing on a Disney+ ad on the Apple App Store of all places, the clip — which you can watch on Reddit — shows our favorite Mandalorian (sorry, Boba) take some time out to talk to the High Magistrate (Carl Weathers), who is shocked to see the return of the little guy that will devour anything edible. It’s a tiny snippet but checks all the boxes to keep us tidied over before the show returns to our screens next month. Besides addressing the gaps as to why the bounty hunter and the baby are back together again, for those that didn’t see “The Book of Boba Fett,” it’s just great to see the charming former member of the Bounty Hunters Guild cracking wise with his old pal once again.

The bonus for this season is that Weathers, who has now become a firm favorite in the “Star Wars” universe following his repeat appearances in the show, will also be sitting in the director’s chair for an episode this season too, after helming “The Siege” in Season 2. Naturally, there are no details on just what that’ll entail, as we don’t really know any plot details for the rest of the show. This is the way, unfortunately. We’ll just have to wait until “The Mandalorian” is back on bounty-hunting duty March 1, on Disney+.
