NEW DELHI: In a development that may impact Pakistani pacer Haris Rauf‘s participation in the Big Bash League (BBL), the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is anticipated to delay the issuance of his No-Objection Certificate (NOC) until December 11, four days after the commencement of the league.
