Mum’s horror death after fight with boyfriend

Dezirae Andersen, 20, was found dead after falling from in New York on Tuesday night.

Ms Andersen and her boyfriend Tyler Griffin, 24, had been staying at the OYO Times Square hotel with their eight-month-old baby girl after travelling from Littleton, Colorado, according to the MailOnline.

But hours before her death, the young couple got into a fight in their hotel room.

Mr Griffin allegedly punched Ms Andersen repeatedly before their fight spilled out into the hallway, the New York Post reported.

The dad then allegedly yanked the baby’s arm forcefully, causing the child to fall down a flight of stairs, the publication added.

Mr Griffin, who was acting erratically in the hotel lobby when cops arrived, was arrested and charged with assault, reckless endangerment and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

Tributes have begun pouring in for the young mum, who was an aspiring model, actress and influencer.

“Wow gone too soon. You were a great person and didn’t deserve any of this,” one friend wrote on Facebook.

“Rest easy beautiful. U didn’t deserve this,” another said.

While one pal sobbed: “My heart hurts in disbelief got me ballin my eyes out!! You were such a young beautiful soul & a great mama You didn’t deserve this at all.”

Ms Andersen’s mother, Cheryl Valenzuela, has since set up a GoFundMe page to help raise money to get her home to Colorado and pay towards funeral costs.

“It is with a heavy heart that I come to you all today to ask for your help to provide a funeral and memorial service that my beautiful daughter deserves,” she wrote. “She was only 20 years old and died after a physical altercation with her boyfriend in New York.

“I need to bring her body home to have a proper burial for her. I am just at a loss and anything that anyone can contribute will be greatly appreciated.”

Hours before her death, Ms Andersen had been posting videos of her trip to the big city.
