Lover of Asian cuisines on her go-to Hong Kong restaurants and cookie store
However, on the weekends I like to hang out at Harbour Fun Restaurant and Bar (Site 1 Water Sports and Recreation Precinct, Hung Hing Road, Wan Chai, tel: 9559 3899). The view is excellent and the range of food and prices are decent.
For visitors, I would bring them to Yung Kee Restaurant (32-40 Wellington Street, Central, tel: 2522 1624) for their mouth-watering roast goose and century eggs. Then, I’d take them to Kam Wah Café (47 Bute Street, Prince Edward, tel: 2392 6830) for the city’s best pineapple bun.

For a celebration, Madame Fu (3/F, Barrack Block, Tai Kwun, 10 Hollywood Road, Central, tel: 2114 2118) has awesome dim sum on weekends, and it’s available with a free flow option too. I also like The Chinese Library (1/F, Block 1, Tai Kwun, 10 Hollywood Road, Central, tel: 2848 3088) lovely food and great ambience.
I get my Malaysian craving fix at Prawn Noodle Shop (Shop 3, 2 Landale Street, Wan Chai). I would want to go back to Petaling Jaya in Malaysia to have my favourite nasi lemak at Village Park Restaurant (5, Jalan SS 21/37, Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya, tel: +60 3 7710 7860). It is the best nasi lemak in the world.

For late nights, Nasi Lemak Bumbung (Jalan 21/11b, Sea Park, Petaling Jaya, tel: +60 11 2311 3576) offers superb midnight satisfaction.
You also have to try Brader John Burger (Jalan SS 21/58, Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya, tel: +60 12 694 41540). It’s basically a food truck set up nightly in Damansara Uptown. The Ramli burger is to die for.
