Labor ‘committed’ to productivity driving legislation, says PM
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says “productivity” drives the Labor government’s legislation agenda going forward and has reassured it is what their party is “committed to”.
“Upon coming to office, we now have legislation before this parliament to amend Infrastructure Australia to make sure it goes back to where it should be – there is a finite level of resources and that is why we should make sure that productivity drives agenda going forward, that is what my government has committed to,” Mr Albanese said during Question Time on Monday.
