A Kmart worker’s unbelievable store announcement has blown up the internet, leaving TikTok users in stitches.

Liam Gildea, a musician, TikTok content creator and Kmart worker, received over 5 million views and over 4,000 comments on a video he posted on his TikTok account.

The video showed Liam making an unusual store announcement before the Kmart store closed.

He held his phone to the microphone, playing the iconic classical composition ‘Spring’ by Vivaldi. Then, putting on a posh, theatrical British accent, he made his announcement.

“Good evening customers,” he said.

“As the time is now 8.50pm, this store will close in 10 minutes’ time.

“And as the sun must set on a beautiful horizon, so must you make your way to the front of the store to finalise your purchases.”

Gildea even added dramatic flare by rolling his r’s.

“Do note — tomorrow morning, we rrrreopen at 8am for your shopping convenience,” he said.

“Good morrow customers, good morrow.”

Viral video

The video went viral on TikTok, receiving more than 5 million views.

Thousands of people also took to the comments in hysterics over the extremely formal announcement.
