Hilary Duff Wore the Riskiest Red Carpet Dress and Fans Couldn’t Stop Staring at Her

With the first episode of How I Met Your Father season 2 now out on Hulu, fans are curious to see what Hilary Duff‘s character Sophie Tompkins will wear in the sitcom. But the actress has been causing folks to talk about her outfits long before she landed on the popular Hulu show.

Back in November 2021, the Younger alum attended the Baby2Baby 10-Year Gala in Los Angeles. As she hit the red carpet, she stunned in a long-sleeve magenta gown with a plunging neckline. What really stood out wasn’t the sequined material the dress was made out of— it was the high slit at the bottom, strategically showing off Hilary’s left leg.

Because the overall look leaned on the ensemble’s sparkling elements, Hilary decided to accessorize with minimalistic accents. The Hulu star paired the dress with black pointed stiletto heels and a clutch in the same color. She had her medium-length blonde hair slicked back at the top. What’s more, she matched her lipstick color to her dress.

When the Lizzie McGuire actress took to social media to share highlights from the night, her followers couldn’t get over how gorgeous she looked. Naturally, they expressed their thoughts with her in the comments.

She recently kept things classy while wearing a red button-down fringe dress during a Good Morning America guest spot and had people fawning over her after gracing the January cover of Women’s Health Australia.
