“The introduction of the Subway Series means guests can leave the decisions to the experts,” chef John Botelho, culinary manager at Subway Canada, said in a press release.
“With a curated balance of flavour profiles, unbeatable taste and expertly-designed ingredient combinations, ordering has never been easier,” with customers only needing to drop the new menu item’s name or number and their server will hook them up.
“This menu introduction and new way to order is our most significant undertaking in our history – and we’re confident it will be a welcome one for Canadians,” according to Doug Fry, Subway Canada’s Managing Director.
That said, “customization will always remain an option.”
And for those who have old faves, don’t fret. In addition to the 15 new sandwiches (14 in Quebec), customers can still build their own sub from a selection of classics.

Notably, many of the build-your-own Canadian favourites have been enhanced and are part of the new sandwich lineup, like the trusty meatball sub has been reimagined on the new menu and now has pepperoni, fresh mozzarella and parmesan on it.
The new sandwiches are backed by six Canadian athletes, with soccer icon and Olympian Christine Sinclair calling the Mozzarella Bella her favourite, while 13-year-old skateboarder Fay DeFazio Ebert is “obsessed” with the Suprimo.
