32 Recipes That Make Pulling off an Entire Easter Meal in a Crock Pot Possible

Easter dinner practically makes itself with these easy recipes.

This Easter, give your oven a break and pick a main dish, side dish, or dessert to make in your handy Crock-Pot or slow cooker. You will find lots of winning Crock-Pot Easter Recipes here, from appetizers and desserts to classic ham, beef and lamb entrees. This could be the easiest, stress-free Easter supper ever.

I’ve been known to make a whole Easter dinner with my Crock Pot. It started five years ago when I was hosting Easter supper at my home and my cousin was baking cornbread. I have four slow cookers, I set them all up in the morning. One with ham, one with mashed potatoes, one with a Crock Pot mac and cheese and one with a slow cooker Apple Dump Cake. It was a wonderful feast and I didn’t worry about if anything was burning when we all went outside to do our annual Easter egg hunt.

Why should you cook and bake in a slow cooker or Crock Pot? You can do other things at the same time. I love that I can multi-task while cooking an entire Easter dinner. Coloring eggs or hiding eggs becomes a possibility. Foods are less likely to burn due to the longer cooking time. This is a plus! There won’t be a worry when Aunt Stella comes to visit for Easter that the ham burned up in the oven. My kids can also help out and we can make it a fun activity. They love to make desserts in the Crock Pot.
