When it comes to picky eating, Toronto came first, followed by Vancouver and Montreal. Customers in those cities added the most special instructions to orders.

Those honours go in order to:  Victoria, B.C.; Sherbrooke, Que.; Qubec City; Gatineau, Que.; Trois-Rivieres, Que.; Edmonton; Nanaimo, B.C.; Ottawa; Calgary; and Halifax.

While Toronto customers like their food a certain way and know what they want, when it comes to “healthy” dishes, the city fell to fifth on the list which is topped by Thunder Bay, and followed by Montreal, Halifax and Kingston.

And because Canadians are famous for their politeness, Kingston — followed by Ottawa, Peterborough, London and Victoria — led the way for saying “please,” “thank you.”

You’re welcome.
