The Recruit Series – What We Know So Far

At the heart of the Netflix series is Noah Centineo, who stars as the show’s lead character. Netflix has confirmed that opposite Centineo’s Owen Hendricks is “Guardians of the Galaxy” star Laura Haddock, who plays Max Meladze, the former CIA asset threatening to leak dirt on the agency. It remains to be seen in what capacity an antagonist Meladze will appear in. Joining Centineo and Haddock for the globe-trotting Netflix series is Fivel Stewart, who was last seen on Netflix’s “Atypical” as Casey’s (Brigette Lundy-Paine) girlfriend. “Daredevil” actor Vondie Curtis-Hall, who played Ben Urich on the Netflix-Marvel production, will also be seen in “The Recruit” as Walter Nyland.

Canadian actor and “Ready or Not” star Kristian Bruun is also slated to appear in the series alongside “The Big Bang Theory” actor Aarti Mann. Bruun will star as Janus Ferber, while Mann will play Violet. Fans will remember Mann as Priya Koothrappali, Raj’s (Kunal Nayyar) younger sister. “Key & Peele” producer and “Superstore” standout Colton Dunn will also join Centineo on his latest Netflix romp as Lester. Meanwhile, Relative newcomer Daniel Quincy Annoh will round out the cast for “The Recruit” as Terence.

Variety says that the show’s guest stars will include “Arrow” actor Byron Mann as Xander, “The Rookie” star Angel Parker will pop up as Dawn, while “Law & Order” veteran Linus Roache will appear as Senator Smoot. Amelia will also be played by “iZombie’s” Kaylah Zander.

Details are nonexistent on the characters beyond Hendricks and Meladze, though one can imagine that the cast will consist of both CIA assets, free agents, and nefarious bad guys.
