Love Island star Hannah Elizabeth has revealed the shock results of her latest cosmetic surgery – claiming she is “obsessed” with her Bratz doll-like appearance.
The UK reality star, 32, has headed to Turkey for a fresh round of procedures and vowed to be candid about the results on her Instagram page, The Sun reported.
Hannah uploaded an image showing her bandaged face and tape stuck over her eyelids as she lay on the hospital bed.
The Love Island alumni flashed her plump pout to the camera for her selfie, which she captioned: “Day one I feel like a Bratz – I’m obsessed.”
A Bratz toy is an American fashion doll made by Mattel – the creator of Barbie – with long hair, exaggerated eyes and stylish outfits.
She went on to praise her surgeons before filming a video showing her walking around the ward in her surgical stockings.
A close-up snap, showing the grey bandages across her face, came with her gushing caption: “Couldn’t have asked for more. Exactly what I wanted I’m made up.”
She later told followers she was experiencing “extreme swelling” but being looked after by hospital staff.
Despite her painful recovery, Hannah appeared in high spirits as she shared: “Still managed to get up at 6am and hobble about with my drip to put my lippie on this morning.”
Ahead of her surgery, she told how she was “so excited” for her new look.
Earlier this year, Hannah showed off the results of her nose job in Turkey.
She shared photos of her face before and after her rhinoplasty operation and said she was over the moon with her new nose.
The snaps were taken on the operating table, and she captioned her shots on Instagram: “I thought I would share my theatre pictures with you.
“This is before any swelling and will be my end result #dollnose.”
It’s been seven years since Hannah shot to fame on Love Island, coming runner-up in the first series with then-boyfriend Jon Clark.
Since then Hannah has become an influencer with more than 400,000 followers on Instagram and is also proud mum to son Reggie, aged three.
