There’s a lot of prep that goes into awards shows, and that’s true even for supermodels. Case in point: Heidi Klum, who just shared behind-the-scenes video of herself getting ready for the iHeartRadio Music Awards, including a few shots of herself with zero makeup on.

There’s a fresh-faced Heidi lip syncing to “Baby One More Time” with her hair slightly tousled, before she does a new pose and shows her hair slicked back. Then there’s Heidi with cool bold blue eyeshadow, before we see the 49-year-old AGT judge in a super cool bright blue one-sleeved dress.

Heidi later shared red carpet snaps of herself looking seriously glowy and toned all over, noting that she “also heart tonight’s look ????.”

OK, but we need to talk about that skin… . Heidi previously told Harper’s Bazaar UK that she actually washes her face with Johnson & Johnson’s baby shampoo. “I use baby shampoo as a face wash as it is the most gentle for your face and it removes everything,” she shared. “Then, I put on a moisturizer, usually Mario Badescu’s Buttermilk Lotion.”

Heidi said she makes a point to always wash off her makeup “even if I am exhausted,” noting that she also uses baby shampoo for this. “Then, I try different moisturizers at night that are a bit richer — I like Vintner’s Daughter Active Botanical Serum or Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Oil.”

But Heidi said she’s also into a natural look when she’s not working. “Most days I don’t wear any make-up but, if I am running errands, I use a bit of a light base to even out my skin tone and a bit of blush for my cheeks to give it a bit of a glow,” she said. And, of course, she slathers on SPF. “I have always been a sun bum. I’m at my happiest on a beautiful beach in the hot sun but, now, I put on sunscreen first,” she said.

Heidi also takes care of her body for glowing skin. She works out four times a week doing running, cycling, weight lifting and swimming, according to French Vogue.

Clearly, it does a body good!
