A clean household can be exactly what you need amid the chaos that is the holiday season. But keeping your space clean can come with its own unique set of challenges, especially for those who tend to host large family get-togethers. When things get hectic, a trusted cleaning product is exactly what you need, but sometimes, those trusty rolls of paper towels and matching set of dish towels just aren’t going to do the trick when tackling some of life’s most intense messes.
Thankfully, Costco always has us clean freaks in mind, and we might just be able to kiss our days of using nice hand towels for messy cleanups behind.

Spotted by the good people over at Costco Hot Finds, the perfect alternative for quick household cleanups comes in the form of a 12-Pack of Swedish Dishcloths for only $8.99. These quick-drying, reusable dishcloths are truly the perfect combination of a sponge and a cloth, and are ready to get to work after a quick rinse under some water.
Readily available in select Costco locations in a variety of designs, these dishcloths are likely to pop up soon at a warehouse near you. Each cloth is made up of 70-percent cellulose and 30-percent cotton, making them quick to dry, easy to soak up liquids and durable enough to toss in the washing machine after plenty of use. The entire set measures out to be 6.7-inches by 7.5-inches, and with 12 dishcloths total, you have enough to divide and conquer even the worst of messes.

“Pleasantly surprised with how thick and absorbent they are,” noted the admin behind Costco Hot Finds. “I clean my whole house with these,” one commenter announced excitedly. “Stove, appliances, fridge, countertops, wood, metal [it] cleans everything. We barely use paper towels anymore,” they continued.

In response to another commenter who asked where one would hang these dishcloths up to dry, the same user responded, “There are little pins that you can stick them on your backsplash and hang them. I put mine on my faucet since it has a metal bar that is perfect for it.”
Keep in mind that the dishcloths do not feature a scouring side to them, so they don’t exactly replace your two sided sponge when washing dishes. They can still be used to clean dishes that have not been sitting with food drying on them, however, and as one satisfied customer pointed out, the dishcloths work beautifully as “a reusable paper towel.” Sounds like a steal of a deal and a very useful cleaning product if you ask us.
