Carrie Underwood wrapped up her “Denim and Rhinestones” tour in March. And now that she’s back home, she’s getting her hands dirty, and embracing a more natural look.
Her 43-stop tour was packed with incredible fashion moments, complete with full glam and sequins. Now, the 40-year-old mom of two is happily tending her 400-acre farm outside of Nashville, complete with raised beds, a newly-built greenhouse and a chicken coop.
Carrie posted a gardening selfie beaming and holding up an impressive bunch of fresh-picked carrots. She wears a purple athletic tank top (for a similar look, try this $20 tank) and over-the-ear headphones. The superstar went completely makeup-free and pulled her hair back in a casual ponytail.
She wrote, “I swore I’d never try to grow carrots again after a couple failed attempts…but here we are! ???????????????????????????????????? Feels so good to grow things… hoping the @epicgardening folks see this and feel just as excited and proud as I do about my greenhouse goodies!! ❤️❤️❤️ #garden #greenhouse #produce #organic #healthy #blessed.” Fans commented with messages of appreciation for her harvest and her glowing look.
- “Congrats! Love the natural look too!”
- “You should go makeup free more often. You have beautiful skin.”

- “Hands down the most beautiful, natural looking woman in the world! That’s the beauty of healthy living and eating. You go girl.”
- “Name a cuter duo than Carrie and her produce… you can’t”
Fans of the “Before He Cheats” singer might be wondering what her skincare secrets are. She recently told TODAY Shopping that she’s a fan of Sunday Reily face oil and Weleda Skin Food Ultra-Rich Cream. Adding both to our shopping cart!
