Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says Shadow Treasurer Angus Taylor “picked another argument with himself” during Question Time.
Mr Angus asked Mr Albanese about how he misled the Australian people on the franking credits regime, with Mr Albanese saying he should have asked Treasurer Jim Chalmers about the recently announced super changes.
“He picked an argument with himself accidentally – accidentally last week as well for the entire week,” Mr Albanese said.
“A fight between the Shadow Treasurer or with the Shadow Treasurer … I think they’ve only got one now.
“Angus versus Angus – a true battle of the lightweights.”
